Byron Bay Wedding Transfers

Wedding-day transport for Byron Bay and hinterland venues — bridal party cars, guest shuttles run as private convoys, and timed end-of-night returns.

Byron weddings have a transport problem nobody warns you about: the venues are gorgeous because they’re remote, and remote means no taxis at midnight, patchy rideshare, and a gravel driveway your guests’ hire cars will hate. BYRO does wedding transfers across Byron Bay and the hinterland — bridal party cars, guest convoys, and timed end-of-night returns — at fixed fares your budget spreadsheet can rely on.

What wedding transport with BYRO looks like

  • The couple and bridal party — luxury sedans or premium tier to ceremony and photos, timed around your runsheet, driver briefed on the day’s plan.
  • Guest logistics — Luxury Van convoys shuttle guests in waves from town accommodation to the venue, then back, on a schedule we build with you. The end-of-night return is the part guests remember: pre-booked vehicles waiting when the venue lights come up, not eighty people refreshing a rideshare app in a paddock.
  • The day after — recovery-brunch runs and airport departures, often the same drivers who now know your guests by name.

Our drivers live in the Northern Rivers and stage at hinterland venues every weekend — they know which driveways eat sedans and where each venue wants vehicles parked.

Pricing that behaves

Every leg is fixed at booking, multi-vehicle plans come as one itemised quote, and the vehicles are held from the moment you book. Use the form for simple legs, or put the full plan in the booking notes and we’ll come back with the complete itinerary priced.

Frequently asked questions

Can you move a whole wedding’s guests, not just the couple?

Yes — that’s most of our wedding work. We book multiple Luxury Vans as a coordinated convoy, shuttling guests from accommodation hubs in town to the venue in waves, then running timed returns at the end of the night so nobody is stranded in the hinterland at midnight.

Do your drivers know the hinterland venues?

They live here. The Orchard Estate, Fig Tree, Frida’s Field, Midginbil, the hall at Federal — our drivers know the gravel sections, the one-lane bridges and exactly where each venue wants vehicles to stage, which matters more than it sounds at 11pm in the rain.

How is wedding pricing structured?

The same fixed-fare model as everything we do — each leg is quoted exactly at booking, so the transport line in your wedding budget is a real number, not an estimate. Multi-vehicle and multi-leg plans are quoted as one itemised total before you commit.

How far ahead should we book wedding transport?

For peak season Saturdays (September-April), 2-3 months ahead is safe for multi-vehicle bookings; single bridal cars can come later. We hold the vehicles from the moment you book — no deposit games, no resale of your slot.

Can guests with kids get child seats?

Yes — $10 a seat (capsules, front-facing and boosters; the adult-belt option is free), fitted before pickup. Flag ages when booking and we’ll distribute seats across the convoy so families aren’t split up.
